	TOS AND DETAILS Description: PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME 1. Note me. Tell me briefly of the setting you wish to have in your commission and provide a clear reference sheet of the character/s. I prefer to work with only one or two references, so please have them ready and not multiple different pictures. 2. I will give you an estimated time of when the commission should be finished. Each commission includes a sketch preview to which the commissioner has a right to ask for changes. After the changes are made, I will show you the altered version. 3. After the sketch is accepted, it's time for payment, and I will send you an invoice. After I have received the payment, I'll start inking, coloring and finish the image as a whole. If there are mistakes from my part (markings or something is missing) I will fix those. Your rights: The commissioner can re-upload the image(s) to the sites they use and use it as an avatar. The commissioner has no right to remove my signature from the image. Linking to my gallery is not mandatory, but very appreciated. However it needs to be stated in the description I made the drawing. The commissioner may not use the image in a commercial way or setting; for these kind of orders we need to discuss separately. You may not alter the image or resell it, or ask/commission other artists to make edits for you. My rights: I have the right to use the commission as a part of my portfolio. I maintain the right to use the image in a commercial way or setting (exc. sell prints) after I have an agreement regarding the matter with the commissioner. I have no right to recolor the image and resell it to others. I have the right to decline the commission for whatever reason and the commissioner has the right for a refund if the payment has been already made. I draw anthros, ferals, fantasy creatures. Any species! As for subjects, it's best just ask me since there's so many things to list.
