infoProcess and Payments
1. Feel free to write me here in DM or I prefer to stay in contact via email: "theblackruby.email@gmail.com".
2. Normally, I'll make some sketches, and I'll send those to you to decide how to proceed: if you want to modify the sketches, or add something else. In this fase is ok to change everything you want.
I always send sketches for approval before finishing them.
3. In case something is missing/forgotten on latest stages of work (patterns, markings, accessories) this will have no extra fee until it was originally on reference picture. Any other corrections gonna have their specific pricing.
4. If you reject any sketch, I keep the right to modify it and reuse it or modify it for a different character.
5. My usual deadline for finished work is 2 weeks but most of time I provide result way faster. Although there is human factor, so in case something unplanned happens I'll contact you.
6. I work with full prepayments mainly via PayPal. I prefer to be paid in euro ( € ). The cost of inflation will be added depending on the market fluctuations.
7. I work in payment plans : my work would be done by stages (example payment in two halves - first time you'll receive a screenshot of the sketch or lineart, second time - screenshot of finished drawing). I had bad experiences where people stole my artwork and never paid me. So before to finish every commission I'll wait for the first tranche, then I'll share with you the hight resolutions files.
8. As said above, all commission works are digital products. As result, you'll receive a high-res and web version of your final picture once I'll receive the final payment.
About your Commissions
1.Ask for specific details beforehand! For example you plan to print poster, in that case I'll need canvas sizes and formats so I can give you the perfect fit.
2. I take the right to not accept your commission inquiry for personal reasons
3. I have the full right to post the finished picture on my pages unless we've agreed to be private.
4. You're free to post the finished picture on any of your pages, crop it for an avatar, or share somewhere. But don't forget to give me credit and include the link to any of my galleries.
5. Copyright on the final image will remain on my side. That means you'll have Non-commercial use only - such as uploading on socials, using as an avatar, printing for personal use, or gift to friends.
I'll have right to upload finished picture to my galleries, use it for portfolio or potentially include in artbook.
6. As an artist, I remain right for some artistic freedom in terms of general style and slightly adjusting colors for a better fit. Important details are going to be unchanged, such as design, patterns, and body type
Refound
1. If the commissioner decides to cancel, I will issue a refund amount calculated based on already done amount of work. If the FULL work is finished, a refund is not possible. If half of the work is finished, I'll give half of the amount.
2. If I need to cancel commission due to personal reasons full refund will be issued and you'll be noted.
3. You're free to cancel your commission before sending me payment. In that case, let me know as soon as possible. Just don't be afraid to get in contact.
Agreed to draw:
SFW, NSFW, most species, any genders, bondage, kinky costumes, soft bdsm, dnd characters.
Don't mind, but won't promise a good result:
Architecture, cyberpunk, steampunk elements, vehicles, robots (mecha), armour, weapons like pistols or mechanical stuff.
I DON'T want to and am NOT ALLOWED to draw:
inflation, vore, diapers, excrement/urine, vomit, excessive gore like dismemberment or mutilation, militaristic themes, hardcore bdsm, underage, micro/macro/hyper, heavily obese, docking, weird sex machines, underage characters in nsfw scenarios, child abuse, nsfw with pregrant characters, hyper fat/slim/dicks/tits and any extreme fetishes.
