TOS and Rules[Payment]
• You must always pay in advance! I can only accept Paypal!
Please tell what you want; type, price, concept and so on. If you have a reference of your character, showing visual reference would be the most helpful.
After mutual understanding between I and you is obtained, I will ask you payment in full plus Paypal fee before I begin working on it.
• If you want to cancel the business after you paid, I do not accept refunding regardless of the progress of work. Please understand this.
• I will accept small requests and modifications with no cost until two times, but after two times, I will take the extra cost depending on your request.
If you want to change the concept very much after I begin working on it, I will ask extra cost for it as well. Cost depends on the cases.
• If you want to ask an additional commission, feel free to ask for it.

I will mention when I ask the payment, but please pay the cost including Paypal fee.

Only by the owner, finished works can be freely reposted, used, and edited elsewhere.
The person who is recognized as the owner is the person who ordered, along with the owner/author of drawn character(s).
If you want to use it for profit, please ask me before you do. In that case, I may allow it with a term such as payment of royalties. Depending on the case, such as you want to edit or modify the finished work for profit use, it may cause the extra cost for it.

[Note about communication in English]
Unfortunately, I do not speak fluent English for now. My dear Japanese friend Coju writes the English description for me.
Please note that as he works as a buffer for me, you may get some time lag when you like to ask me something. And please do not forget that he also has his time and headspace.
Due to this, we have no many time to take communication like small talks except a business like asking commission.
But, I always dearly appreciate from the bottom of our heart your interest in my creation and activity! Thank you for understanding!
