Hello! I'm an experienced artist looking for freelance business. I have had a serious approach to art for around 10 years so far, and i hope to create quality art for quality people. Below you will find my various Terms of Service.
I am allowed to reject any given commission for any reason, which will not be argued. If your commission is rejected and you're unsure why, please refer to my terms of service, as you'll likely find the reason there.
TIME
Please be ware that my commission times vary due to detail, available time, and other possible outside factors that I may not be able to control. In those events i will contact you with an apology and hope that you will understand.
RECEIVING YOUR ART
Fininished artwork is sent as a high resolution .PNG file (300 dpi), although smaller sizes and file formats can be requested.
-Final payment must be received before obtaining the final high resolution image
PERMISSIONS AND REPOSTING
By commissioning me you give me permission to post the finished work(s) to my gallery and social medias unless discussed beforehand. Finished works are for personal use and cannot be resold or distributed for profits, as commercial usage rights are not included in my prices.
WORK PROGRESS
While working, you will receive various progress shots to allow for communication and feedback. If alterations are needed, please let me know as soon as you see fit.
[*]minor revisions are expected and do not include extra fees. major revisions and alterations, such as changing an entire pose after a sketch has already been approved will have a fee, priced depending on how major the change is.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
50% of the commission price is asked for up front before work is started, which should be paid via paypal invoices.
This sum is not refundable unless i have not started your commission and should be asked for before I do start.
Refunds are not given for completed pieces, either.
In the event that I, the artist, cancel a commission, the initial payment is 100% refundable.

While I am an artist who knows my price, there are a variety of things that I simply do not wish to draw under almost any circumstances.
