1. Choose the type of work you are interested in the topic and write about your desire in the Notes.
2. Provide a ToR (terms of reference): describe what you want to see in the future work, add to this the necessary references. I can ask additional questions.
3. I can cancel the order before it is paid for without giving a reason.
4. I draw in my own style, if you don't like my style, don't order the work. I strive for something close to realism. I do not draw to order: 18+ and people.
5. If there is a deadline, inform me in advance. If there is no deadline, I will do the work at my own pace, the approximate time of execution is listed in the topic.
5.1 If the deadline is too hard, I can refuse.
5.2 With deadline: the exact time when we can contact, so that there is no downtime.
5.3 Without a deadline: it is desirable to be able to respond to the work process at least once a day, if you disappear for a long time, tell me.
5.4 I do not work on weekends and holidays.
6. The exact price is announced after discussing the ToR, if the payment has not been made, the price may change after some time due to external reasons. The price of the work comes from the estimated time spent on the work, so it may vary depending on the complexity.
6.1 If the price can not be set at the stage of discussion, I can draw from 1 to 3 simple free sketches to facilitate this task. Also if the order is first, payment is due after the sketch.
7. If there is a queue, your order will be moved to the end of it, I can start earlier if the work above is on hold.
8. If you are not ready to pay for the work, do not order it. Payment for all or part of the order (to be agreed in advance) must be made within two days.
8.1 If the amount of work above 150$, it can be paid in parts, with only the paid stage will be drawn.
8.2 If further payment of parts is not possible for any reason, you can freeze the work on the current stage.
8.3 Payment is made via Boosty.
8.4 Refunds can be made only for uncompleted work, fee of Boosty is not taken into account. (Now hampered due to external reasons, please do not commission if you are not sure about me. It will be very difficult for me to get your money back.)
8.5 Uncoordinated transfers of funds are considered a donation and can not be transferred to the status of payment for work.
9. After payment, the work will begin and you will receive its process with the possibility of its correction.
9.1 Edits are divided into two types:
a) If it is my mistake (something I forgot, for example, an earring, not taken into account some points of the ToR, etc.), then the number of free edits is unlimited, in exceptional cases - up to 10 (for example, if you are extremely scrupulous about the form of parts).
b) If edits are related to your changing desires or something that is not stipulated in the ToR, the number of free edits* is 3, then - a surcharge depending on the number and duration of changes.
*Change no more than 20% of the work.
10. The work is considered completed when you confirm it. Completed work cannot be changed or corrected.
10.1 The client receives a PNG file with and without watermarks.
10.2 I don't give out PSD-files.
10.3 I have the right to post the work with watermarks on any of my resources.
10.4 You have the right to use the image for personal purposes as you wish without changing the image itself. |
