For commission-related questions not covered here, contact me via e-mail ( rustymiko1[at]gmail.com ), FA Notes or Twitter DMs (BlueSky and Mastodon DMs are possible, but not preferable - I don't check DMs there often, so better to reach out elsewhere). I do not use any other contact methods.
Please include your question in your first message, as messages without a clear purpose may be skipped!
Commissions info:
I offer flat-colored character illustrations with an abstract background (solid color, gradient, or color drop).
• Price list:
- Bust [examples] - 45 USD per character
- Hip-up [examples] - 70 USD per character
- Full body [examples] - 80 USD per character
Complex designs, props, effects, text design (for badges etc.) may cost extra depending on the complexity.
You'll receive a quote after I review your details - you can accept, decline, or we can discuss what can be changed to lower the price.
Additional versions start from 15 USD each, depending on complexity.
Private commissions (not posted anywhere) are double the final price.
WIPs:
- 1 WIP is included for full body and hip-up commissions.
- Extra WIPs can be requested for any commission type for +10 USD per extra WIP (if requested before the invoice - asking after that may cost a bit more).
• I will draw:
- SFW or NSFW (I'm also totally up for drawing any kinks and fetishes, unless it includes stuff from the "I will not draw" section - feel free to ask if unsure!)
- Anthro characters, original or copyrighted (must have clear visual references).
OCs require a reference sheet or at least a colored digital drawing showing all needed details.
For copyrighted characters, official art or accurate fanart showing all needed details is fine.
- Simple props (pillows, sex toys, handheld items like phones, books, knives, etc.)
- Simple furniture (single items like a (basic, non-detailed) bed, sofa, or table - no full interiors)
• I will not draw:
- Backgrounds
- Very detailed/complex designs (detailed scales, intricate patterns, armor, firearms, vehicles, machinery, etc.) - feel free to ask about yours if unsure
- Humans or human-faced species
- Feral/non-anthro or non-sapient characters (except for busts).
Non-human genitals on anthros are okay.
- Underage or underage-looking characters, ageplay
- Incest
- Scat (watersports is probably ok, unless really extreme)
- Gore
- Anything hateful or political
Terms of service:
• By commissioning me, you confirm that you've read and agree to my current commission info and terms of service.
Violations may result in cancellation, a partial refund (based on progress), and blacklisting.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
• You and the owners of all original characters involved in the commission must be over 18 and be consenting to their characters being included.
• All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
• To order, fill out the ordering form with all finalized details, references, and ideas.
I work best with visual references and may decline text-heavy requests.
• After receiving your ordering form, I'll email you within 1-3 business days.
If I have questions or if the price would exceed the base rate - we will discuss it before invoicing. Otherwise, I'll send the invoice right away.
• I also expect you to reply within 1-3 business days. Slow responses may lower your commission's priority.
No reply for 1 month without notice will result in cancellation (non-refundable) or the piece being marked complete.
• Please keep communication polite, clear, and on-topic. Proper grammar helps avoid misunderstandings (English is not my first language).
• Payment via Раураl invoice, upfront, paid in full within 72 hours after the invoice is sent.
Longer payment plans may be arranged with a non-refundable deposit or added fee, depending on price and delay - feel free to message me to discuss the details or for a quote!
• Refunds are only available if I cancel the commission or can't finish it within 4 weeks of payment for personal reasons.
• Turnaround time is up to 1 month after payment, not including client delays. I do not work with other deadlines.
• WIP corrections: mistakes contradicting the references/info you provided before the invoice was sent are fixed for free. One round of 1-2 minor stylistic edits (very small adjustments for taste or preference - like slightly changing the shape or size of some part) may also be possible when shown a WIP.
Any other edits can be possible only for an extra fee (starting at 15 USD).
• Upon completion, you’ll receive a web version (for posting) and a full-size version (for your private use only). Only the final web version may be shared online.
• Please credit me in the post when posting. Link my account on that platform (for FA, Twitter, Mastodon, Bluesky, Tumblr, Pillowfort) or my Twitter for other platforms. All links can be found on my profile.
• If you want to make your own post with your commission on reblog-based platforms (Twitter, Bluesky, Mastodon), please wait at least 3 days after my post before doing so. But you're welcome to reblog my post with it on these platforms right away, and you can post/share your commission immediately on any other platforms.
• You can manually edit your commission, but you must keep my signature. If you post the edited version, you must mention it's edited and include a link to the original.
• You cannot use your commission for AI training or generation.
• I retain copyright to every work of art I produce, including the rights to display it in any of my online galleries, and to distribute/include it in any of my collections or self-promotion material.
