✦ COMMISSION RULES ✦Please read the rules before placing an order. These rules apply to all types of my artwork. By ordering a commission, you automatically agree to them.
❗ Please describe in detail what you want to see in the artwork in the FIRST message.
✦ I DRAW
• Dragons (main focus, highest priority)
• Any furry, anthro and feral characters
• Any gender
• Couples and groups
• NSFW
• Blood - in moderate amounts
• Extreme fetishes (must be discussed in advance, I may refuse)
✦ I DRAW FOR EXTRA PAYMENT
• Humans
• Original species
✦ I DO NOT DRAW
• Violence (sexual, physical, psychological, etc.)
• Underage characters in a sexual context
• Coprofilia\scat
• Diapers
• BDSM (light BDSM is negotiable - ask if unsure)
• Heavy dismemberment
• Psychedelic or "eye-straining" themes
✦ PAYMENT & WORK PROCESS
• Payment via PayPal
• If necessary, payment via Boosty or Hipolink is possible (however, I have limited experience with these platforms)
• I start working only after full payment
• No refunds once the work has started
• I draw characters only from references or quality arts
• Text-only descriptions are allowed only for custom designs
• The price includes a limited number of revisions (discussed in advance). Additional revisions are paid separately
• Please list all changes in written form
• I never draw edits over my finished artworks
✦ QUEUE & DEADLINES
• Deadline - from 1 month, based on a live queue
• Rush commissions are possible for an extra fee (discussed separately)
• Queue priority is possible for an extra fee (discussed separately)
• I always notify you in advance about delays due to personal reasons
• If the client does not reply for more than 7 days, the commission is frozen and deadlines are automatically extended
✦ WORK DETAILS
• At the sketch/lineart stage, you may ask questions and request revisions
• Please do not message me every day asking about progress
• I do not render small scale textures (scales, fabrics), and do not use texture brushes.
• Final artwork is delivered in PNG / JPEG format. Source files (PSD, SAI2, etc.) are not provided
✦ RIGHT TO REFUSE
• I may refuse a commission at any stage before starting work, with a full refund
• In case of rude or disrespectful behavior, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without a refund
✦ COPYRIGHT & PUBLICATION
• All copyrights to the artwork always remain with me
• Claiming my work as your own or assigning authorship to third parties is prohibited
• I use finished works only for publication in my portfolio and social media, without commercial profit
• All my social media links are provided in my profile
• I reserve the right to post finished artworks publicly without additional approval
• If you want the artwork to remain private, please inform me in advance
• When publishing artwork, I always credit the character owner. (unless requested otherwise before publication)
✦ YOUR RIGHTS & RESTRICTIONS
• You may use the artwork for personal non-commercial purposes only
• You may publish the artwork on any platform with credit (my nickname or a link to any of my profiles)
• Editing the artwork, removing or covering the signature is prohibited
• If edits are required, please contact me - the signature must remain visible
• Using the artwork in offen
sive, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise unacceptable contexts is prohibited
• Applying filters that distort colors or composition without my approval is not allowed
❗ IMPORTANT
❗ Using my artwork for training or testing artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited
❗ Reselling, transferring, or modifying the artwork by third parties is prohibited

you have already booked something through my official pages, or I need to update you about an existing commission (progress, deadlines, or related issues).
