Commission NotesPRICING:
If I'm designing your character based off of a description, you will be upcharged. Already having a visual reference is preferred.
Keep in mind as well, the pricing listed below is a guideline but not a fixed price, the price may be higher or lower based on the complexity of your commission. Please feel free to message me for a quote if you're considering a commission!
PAYMENT:
Payment is received through Paypal. HALF OF THE FEE IS DUE UP FRONT. I will send you an invoice for this. The up-front fee (as well as the final fee) is nonrefundable unless in the case of an emergency where I'm unable to complete your commission (or complete it in time). I will immediately let you know and refund you. (This has never happened, but I don't want to charge people for work and then not do that work)
Backcharges will get you blacklisted. Refunds of your up-front payment will only be given in the case mentioned above (artist emergency) or if I have not yet started drawing the commission, and you message me to ask for a refund.
TIMING:
Commissions will take a maximum of 2 weeks after the commission is accepted and the up-front payment is received. Most sketch and quick color commissions will be done within a few days. I'll give you updates and watermarked in-progress pics as I work on your commission to make sure it looks how you want. If you haven't received updates in a week, you are welcome to prompt me.
RECEIVING YOUR FINISHED COMMISSION:
Once the image is done, I'll do one final double check with you to make sure it looks perfect, then I'll send you a second invoice for the last half of your payment. After payment is received, the final non-watermarked image, along with any non-watermarked practice sketches, will be sent to you in the filetype of your choosing (my preference is png) both at their original size (typically around 2000px wide) and at a smaller size (600px, unless you have a preference). You are also welcome to the .sai file with the layer information, if you want it. Let me know!
The best way for me to send these images tends to be over email, but if you have some other preference, I am open to suggestions! |
