As of right now I will be handling all communication about Commissions, Trades, YCH, till i can get a manager to handle that for me when things get more busy.
Anyway, below you will find links to and information regarding , open slots, and my artwork. Please be read EVERYTHING carefully and be sure to understand it.
General Information:
- General Information
- Commissioners are to agree to the following:
- As the artist I maintain rights to all work I create in any digital or print form.
- Artist, maintains the right to turn down any commission(s) I don't feel comfortable doing.
- Artist can issue a refund at any point if they no longer feel comfortable working with a commissioner and is not obligated to explain why.
- Artist can choose whether or not to host an image publicly and won't post artwork that is requested to stay private.
- The commissioner will only receive a DIGITAL COPY of the artwork, no shipping will be involved.
- The commissioner may request a Work In Progress (WIP) of their commission if it is not a sketch.
- The commissioner may request anonymity on their commission both on the queue and in gallery if desired.
- The commissioner may post and host the artwork they commission wherever they see fit including any roleplay websites.
- The commissioner may modify or color their commission as long as credit is given where it is due.
- If payment is not received within the time given [48 hours usually] then it is within Artist right to decline, blacklist, as well as re-sell the slot.
- Payments and Refunds (Unless they note myself with a valid reason on why they cannot pay within 48hrs)
- Payment up front unless Artist say otherwise. Artist won't start until they receive the full payment. Artist only accept Paypal transactions.
- Full refunds are ONLY if Artist can no longer work with a commissioner or Artist has taken over six months to complete the commission.
- Artist have the right to recycle the sketch or progress on canceled commissions.
- Do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting Artist beforehand. Artist will take legal action if they feel they are being taken advantage of.
- The commissioner is responsible for their own financial situation.
- Artist do not issue refunds for the commissioner's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations
General Commissions:
First Steps:
1) Artist or Myself will post journals on Furaffinity when Commisions are open/ being accepted, or if you are perceptive you will see the 'Commissions' slot on my front page under PuzzlesDraws Icon. Please read all the details in each journal as Artist may only be accepting a specific type of commission and have possible requirements.
2) Do not take a commission slot if you aren't ready to pay, or you don't have references ready. (BIG ONE)
3) Your commission will be void and your slot will be given up to the next interested client.
4) Clients must understand that I, the artist also works another job and that art is not always my priority so will take some time, if other job is taking up most of my time.
Second Steps:
1) Once artist accepts your commission, I will contact you via note or email (whichever you prefer) either with artist PayPal address or requesting yours.
2) After payment is received, artist will request reference material . Picture reference is required UNLESS the commission is a reference, or character design, please be as specific as possible if that is the case. Do not change your references once artist have started.
3) The commissioner will receive the full resolution at the end of the transaction.
Other Commissions:
Stream Commissions:
1) Colored sketches at a discounted price is only available during a stream (Not offline stream) and will be open when artist deem fit.
2) Prices of colored instream commissions are usually discounted, unless I, the artist is doing a special. All other prices for anything else remain the same as my FA commission prices
3) Must be in the stream to claim, any special instream discount.
4) Payment upfront, no holds, EVER!!!
5) Paypal USD only.
6) Artist takes Five [5] slots only
7) First to reply to my "Who's next" comment in the chat gets the slot.
8) Please don't guilt trip me or anyone else if you don't get the slot. Doing so will get you a warning, continuing will get you booted from stream.
YCH Commissions:
1) Only available when a YCH is posted on my page.
2) Prices will be shown in the description and are non-negotiable.
3) If you win you have a certain time-frame in which to pay.
4) Payment due within 48hours of winning.
5) Paypal USD only.
5) If you bail out you will be added to my private list of people banned from my auctions.
6) It is a pre-selected pose so do not ask to change it.
7) You may ask for two WIP for changes before it is set in stone. |

Reference Sheet - $100 (or more) USD
- Reference Sheet Include: Front, Back, & Side View
- Clarify if want a Clothed or Nude Ref Sheet
- Complex Characters/ Designs will incur a higher price.
