Terms of ServiceBY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT MY TERMS:
1. I do/don't draw
I'd like to draw:
• furry/anthro, human, pony any species
• chubby/extra sized characters
• macro/micro characters
I don't draw:
• Goro
• Strong violence
• Wings (maybe in the future I'll but not now. I can draw your character but without the wings)
• Pedophilia. Underage characters for NSFW or SFW romantic stuff with underage characters
• Licensed and stolen characters
2. Content And Permissions
• You must be 18 years of age or older to commission NSFW work from me. If I find that you are not, I reject order immediately.
I don't take responsibility for under-age lying about it.
Also, taking an order, you automatically confirm that you are over 18 years old.
If you order a character, you are fully responsible for them.
Character MUST BELONG TO YOU or YOUR FRIEND (If you order art as a gift), who WILL NOT TO objection art with him!
*All responsibility in the event of your lie is relieved of me.
• You have the right to be anonymous as a commissioner. Also, I can not to publish your artwork, if you want! (It will be available for a small extras)
3. Use And Copyright
• I reserve the full rights to my artwork for non commercial arts (use, publish, re-post, alter the artwork as I wish, selling prints etc).
• You can order a commercial art for me for +100% to the price of my work, in this case I have no rights to sell the prints or something like this, but I have rights post this art with the watermark "Commercial Art" on my social medias.
• If you post a commission you've got from me you must give me a full credits (link or my full nickname)
*I always credit for your character or you in post/ description.
4. Payment and refunds
I accept payments via PayPal invoice or via boosty (in RUB)
You can use paypal or your credit card to pay on boosty.
(for these who have russian credit card you can use Sberbank to pay)
• Full prepayment (If in the descriprions you see an option 'payment after the sketch' then you can pay after the sketch), also open to the payment plans.
• Payment must have done in 36 hrs
• NO REFUNDS once the payment is completed and I start working on your commission.
• Refunds on boosty are allowed. Don't worry about it.
(You can demand a refund ONLY IN THE CASE if you haven't received a sketch in 10 days after the full payment)
5. Process
Depends of the queue I can finish your commission from 1 day to 1,5 month
If you need something fast (1-5 days) I can charge some extras, depens of the complexity and deadline (from 10 USD to ~25-35 USD)
You can see the queue here and approximate end date of work as well
1. Depends of the commission type (YCH/commission) you must provided the refs, the idea
2. I send you a link to my boosty and you need to pay here via donation button, or you send me your paypal for an invoice
3. You'll receive the 1st WIP (sketch) before 10 days, then you are approve and I finish the artwork.
Depends of the queue I'll tell you the ~deadline date after the sketch approved
6. Edits
• You have 2 free edits once sketch is done, after this every edit will costs extra 9 USD
• I DON'T DO full pose edit after the sketch done
In conclusion, I reserve the right to alter these terms, any changes made will not contact clients who have agreed to previous terms.
