TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICEThe following document outlines all the details regarding the terms and conditions of the artist's commissions, including the
commissioning process, fees, pricing, and usage rights for the commissioned artwork. If anything is unclear or you have any
questions, please contact the artist directly through their provided communication channels. By commissioning an artwork
from the artist, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.GENERAL
• By commissioning the artist, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• You agree to pay in advance the full stipulated price plus the charge requested by paypal in the transaction.
• The estimated delivery time for each commission is one week or less, depending on the complexity of the order.
• On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays the artist does not work on your order, however he is available to answer your
questions as soon as possible.

• Thematic art (e.g., fantasy, science fiction)
• Art involving the artist's original characters (subject to character personality compatibility)
• SFW / NSFW / Fetish (subject to artist’s comfort)

• Simplified jewelry
WILL NOT DRAW
• Extreme violence or gore
• Mechas, weapons, and armor (complex designs may incur additional fees)
• Detailed accessories (additional charges may apply)
• Political themes
• Written descriptions without visual references
• Art promoting hatred or targeting individuals or groups
• Illegal activities
• Illegal Fetish
• Detailed backgrounds (additional fees may apply)
• Vehicles

If any of your preferences are not included in this list, feel free to consult me without fear of being judged, I am a
flexible artist and I will be happy to help you.
2. ARTIST RIGHTS
• The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request at their discretion without providing an
explanation.
• The artist may increase the final price if the work exceeds the scope of the base price.
• Clients who fail to respond within five (5) days during the commissioning process will forfeit their commission
slot unless prior notice is given with a valid reason.
• The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display and use it for online
promotion or portfolio purposes, regardless of whether it features characters owned by the client.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim the commissioned artwork as their own creation. However, clients
are allowed to upload watermarked versions to non-commercial platforms, provided proper credit is given to the
artist.
• For commercial usage, additional fees will be determined based on the scope and nature of the project.
• Commissioned works will be uploaded to the artist's gallery, the client has the right to request anonymity. Private
commissions carry an additional fee.
• The artist does not entertain criticism or negotiation regarding their prices, as these are set in accordance with
their local hourly wage standards. Any attempt to dispute pricing may result in the immediate decline of the
request.
• The artist gives the possibility to make unlimited changes in the skecth phase, however any change requested in
another phase of the project will be taken as an additional charge, you can consult with the artist if the change will
result in the above mentioned.
3.PAYMENT
• New clients are eligible to receive a sketch prior to payment; however, if payment is not completed, the artist
reserves the right to repurpose the sketch.
• Upon acceptance of the commission, payment instructions will be sent to the client. Payment must be
completed within 72 hours; otherwise, the order will be canceled.
• Work will only begin once the payment has been received and confirmed.
• Full payment grants the client access to updates without watermarks.

4.REFUNDS
• A full refund is available only if the artist has not yet started work on the commission.
• Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Time and labor invested in the project are non
