	TOS [Terms of Service] 1. General a. By commissioning you agree to these terms of service. b. I can alter these terms. The changes made will not affect clients who have agreed to previous terms. c. I can decline a commission request. d. I can alter my commission information and prices. The changes will not affect commissions already agreed upon. e. I have a right to cancel a commission.
