TOS:
AS MY COMMISSIONER...
🎈You are allowed to repost your commissioned art from me anywhere you'd like, but please be kind and link me back to the credit, it greatly helps me out!
🎈You may NOT edit or alter any commissioned piece i have made for you unless it is a drawing base that I have created, or if it is a simple cropping for icons and ect.
🎈You can cancel at anytime, but you must still follow the refund policy below. Things happen, i definitely understand.
I AS THE ARTIST....
🎈I still retain the rights to the art pieces I make.
🎈I have the right to refuse a commission if i am uncomfortable with what is being requested of me to do, or believe i lack the ability to be able to draw it.
🎈I hold the right to cancel and refund a commission if there has been a rude/uncomfortable interaction between me and the commissioner, or if there is an unexpected event happening in my life.
WILL/WON'T DO
🎈 Will draw: Transformers, robot/Mecha/armor, Furries, Humans, inflatables, balloons, Ferals NSFW themes (some fetish material could be accepted, but it's good to ask me first!)
🎈 Won't draw: Offensive characters or imagery, cub, scat, vomit, vore, popping/punctures on inflatables or balloons (Or deflation in association to this) feral nsfw art, or non-consensual NSFW.
PAYMENT
🎈Payment is made via Paypal.
🎈 I tend to start the sketch before payment is made, or sometimes take half payment depending on the piece. (This excludes YCH's)
🎈I do not accept any other form of payment at this time.
EDITING
🎈When the sketch has been made, that is the time i will ask if anything would like to be changed.
🎈 Please note that once the first sketch has been approved, there can be no changes made after the lining and coloring process.
🎈 colors can be changed if needed, i try to update my commissioner during the first sketch, flat coloring, and then final piece.
🎈Make sure you know what you would like! I'll only change big pieces of an art piece about 2 times, (expression, colors, markings, little details are fine!)
TIMING
🎈my work times can vary, i have a part time job that gives me about 19-20 hours per week, and i usually try to work during the evenings when i'm off. Commission pieces can take about 2 weeks, the highest being a month if i'm busy. but i will keep you updated if things happen that will cause a delay with making your commission.
