-Do's: NSFW, SFW, any species, any non slur genders, wings, pets, anthro, feral
-Don't's: Vore, inflation, transformation, watersports/scat, abdl, babyfur, smoking/vaping, hyper, comics, trans slur genders (h*rm, f*ta, Sh*male, etc.), copyrighted characters or properties (MLP, Minecraft, FNAF, etc.) cosplay is fine though!

⦁ When you commission me, you are commissioning me for my style. Do not ask me to draw things in 'other' styles (Sonic, Disney, Hanna-Barbera, Looney Toons, Another artist's, etc.)
⦁ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am uncomfortable for any reason.
Commission Procedure:
⦁ Details are discussed.
⦁ If I accept, a price estimate is worked out. You can decide it's too costly and still back out at this point.
⦁ Assuming you accepted the quote, work begins as soon as payment is received.
⦁ You send payment for whatever the final total is. (It may differ from the estimate if you decide on extras or need extensive revisions.)
⦁ If applicable, a WIP is sent and revised.
⦁ Work is finished and sent.
⦁ Any edits required are taken care of.
⦁ After commission is approved, it can no longer be edited.
Alt Commission Procedures:
⦁ In the case of images with higher prices, you can ask to pay with a payment plan. I am more than happy to work those out with you.
Payment and Refunds:
⦁ Payment through PayPal.
⦁ Payment is calculated in USD, no crypto currency.
⦁ Full refunds are not available after work has started. You will not be allowed to recommission me. If you're having financial problems, talk to me- we can probably work out a payment plan.
⦁ Payment plans are an option for works costing $100.00+ If you are interested in paying this way, message me and we will figure out a schedule of payment.
Edits and Permissions:
⦁ You may not hire a colorist or any other kind of artist to finish something I began without my explicitly stated, specific permission.
⦁ You may not add your own watermark to art I have created, unless I have explicitly stated that you may.
⦁ You may not use my artwork commercially without explicit permission.
⦁ You can repost it on your own FA account or elsewhere, as long as you give proper credit via a direct link to my account.
⦁ You may print it for personal use, but not on any large scale for profit.
⦁ You may not get anything edited after the commission is approved.
⦁ You may not ask for me to remove/edit my watermark in any way, shape or form. Asking this even once will result in a blacklisting. (Art is my ONLY income. Having my name on MY WORK lets others who see it know who made it so they can look me up to commission me. Be respectful!
Crediting and Posting Rights:
⦁ I retain all copyrights to my artwork. You retain copyright to your character.
⦁ I retain the right to print any image I have created. You (the commissioner) will always receive the highest resolution version available, and are, as previously stated, welcome to print your commission for personal use.
⦁ Credit in the form of a direct link must be provided on any repost.
⦁ You can choose to have your commission be private (not posted in any of my galleries) for an additional fee. |
