Information/ToS

- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. I am also not obligated to provide reasoning as to why (though I probably will anyway).

- I reserve the right to upload any works completed to my own personal sites. If you do not wish to have a piece linked back to your name, please inform me.

- The commissioner, and ONLY the commissioner, has the right to post their piece to their own personal sites. All works must be credited back to me. (If it is a gift, the giftee may also post).

- Do not, under any circumstance, remove my signature from a piece.

- I will do my best to update all commissioners on their pieces throughout the process of making them, however, sometimes I do get sidetracked and will forget. I am not obligated by any means to show you WIPs, this is a courtesy to you. I will however send WIPs if they are explicitly requested.

- Commissioners have the right to print, crop, or in other ways edit these pieces, so long as my signature and/or credit to me is given, and the piece's use is not intended in any way for your personal profit.

- I will not recreate an entire piece for someone who is being nitpicky. Minor edits, if possible, will be made to accommodate. If I was at fault and made an egregious error (ie - spelling your name wrong on a badge), of course I will remake a piece. If a commissioner has approved a work in progress (WIP) to be inked/colored, I will not remake the product.

- Payment is due prior to service, unless a payment plan has already been agreed upon. I accept PayPal, and once commissioned, prospective commissioners have three (3) days to pay for their work. After those 3 days I will assume you have changed your mind.

- I will not issue refunds outside of extreme circumstances on either side. Partial refunds will be issued if a piece has already been started.

- Unless you've got some God-given talent writing character descriptions, I will only accept photo references for characters. I will accept traditional and digital references, however character colors may vary slightly from those on your reference
