	Commission Agreement / TOS In order to avoid future issues with the art I buy, I'll propose this agreement to the artists I commission : COMMISSION AGREEMENT Commission Outline The artist agrees to develop the design according to the description of the Work as described by the client. Payments The artwork is fully paid by the client no more than 3 days after the agreement by the artist and the client. Date of Delivery The Artist agrees to complete the Work within 3 months of the agreement if no date has been previously announced. If the Work is not complete after 3 months (or 3 months after the agreed deadline), the artist must pay back to the client the full price of the Work. Copyright Permissions and Releases Copyright of the Work is bestowed to the client for non-commercial use and reproduction. The Client may not reproduce the image for profit (prints may not be sold) without the Artists consent and additional compensation to the Artist. The client may use the work at will for personnal use only and may reproduce the image without compensation to the artist. Miscellany This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties and personal presentatives. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties.	USD 0.00 0 slots
