TERMS OF SERVICE

_{Warning: Works created by me cannot be redrawn, used for resale, making adoptables or any other commercial purposes.

By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service below.}

_{I am able to draw:

- Felines, canines, equines

- Fantasy creatures (dragons, unicorns etc.)

- Fictional animal-like races from movies/books or created by you

- Anthropomorphic animals

I will NOT get to the commission, if it includes:

- Humans, robots

- Hard and extreme fetishes

- Gore and violence

- Hate art, which may insult a specific person or group of people.

If you are not sure whether your order is acceptable to me or not, do not hesitate to contact me.}

_{As the Artist:

- I am obliged to provide a picture of proper style and quality, following customer preferences.

- I shall send an initial sketch for Commissioner's approval and make all the necessary adjustments at this stage.

- I reserve the right to upload finished work to my gallery and use it for self-promotion purposes.

- I am entitled to refuse a particular commission without giving reasons.

As the Commissioner:

- You agree to execute 100% prepayment before the Artist starts working on the commission, unless otherwise stated.

- You agree to credit the Artist in case you repost the commission on any website or upload it to your own account.

- You have the right to request changes in the initial sketch, as well as to ask the Artist to show you work in progress at any stage.

- You are in the right to ask for anonymity of your nickname or require the commission to be completely private.

Payment:

Payment is to be made via PayPal in US dollars only. For Russian citizens, a direct credit card transfer is possible.

Refunds:

100% refund is only possible in case the drawing cannot be completed through the Artist's fault.

50% refund can be made within 24 hours after the sketch approval. If the above mentioned period expires, refund will not be confirmed.}

_{Commission Process:

1. You contact me via Notes and request a commission, describing it in detail and attaching reference images.

2. Work begins after the payment goes through.

3. I send you a completed sketch of the future commission. I will continue drawing only after receiving your confirmation.

4. I upload finished commission to my gallery or send it to you in .PNG format. If necessary, minor changes are possible at this stage.

Regarding deadlines:

The drawing process normally takes from 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the commission's complexity and your position in the queue.

I am not a full-time freelance artist, I have a permanent office job and create commissions in my free time. I do not take deadlines.}

SHADED FULLBODY - $35

+ extra character: +$25.

A fully colored and shaded piece of your character.

Types of background:
- flat color background
- simple abstract background
- no background/transparent

: USD 35.00; 3 slots

SHADED FULLBODY + DETAILED BACKGROUND - $45

+ extra character: +$32 (small background characters do not require extra payment).

A completed scene of your character with detailed background.
Some highly complicated details of the background may cost extra (discussed individually).

HALFBODY

1. Flat Halfbody + simple background - $18.
+ extra character: +$13.

2. Shaded Halfbody + simple background - $24.
+ extra character: +$17.

3. Shaded Halfbody + detailed background - $30.
+ extra character: +$21.
