001 - What You Are Commissioning:
---001.A: 1 (one) cover for 1 (one) Flash Fiction written document.
---001.A.1: The cover will consist of 1 (one) stylized and typefaced Title, 1 (one) stylized and typefaced Sub-Title or Series title (if applicable), 1 (one) stylized and typefaced Author's Name, and 1 (one) Background.
---001.B: For the purpose of this contract, Flash Fiction is defined as any written word containing between 100 (one-hundred) to 1,500 (one-thousand-five-hundred) words.

004.A: The cover will be created in Microsoft PowerPoint, using PowerPoint's Book Cover template.
004.B: The cover image (if an image is so desired) will be of licensed CC0 and Public Domain Creative Commons Contract, and images regarded as Public Domain under United States law.
004.B.1: Images obtained via Public Domain and Creative Common will be able to be modified, adapted, and used in commerce.
004.C: If desired, the image may be substituted for a non-Public Domain or CC0 Creative Commons image, providing permission has been gained from the respective artist to use their copyrighted works in such a manner.
