`Hustlestick's Commission Terms of Service`

COMMISSION STATUS: OPEN

1. General Terms

Age Requirement

• Commissioner must be 18+ years old

Communication

• Primary contact: FurAffinity Notes
• Response time: Within 24-48 hours
• Please be patient and respectful

2. Payment

Payment Methods

• PayPal (preferred)

Payment Structure

• Full payment upfront for commissions under $50
• 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval for commissions over $50
• Prices are in USD
• No refunds after sketch approval

Refund Policy

• 100% refund if work hasn't started
• 50% refund if only sketch is complete
• No refunds after color/lineart stage
• No refunds for completed work

3. Commission Process

Timeline

• Queue position confirmed upon payment
• Sketch within 1-2 weeks of starting
• Final artwork within 2-4 weeks total
• Complex pieces may take longer (will notify)

Work In Progress (WIPs)

• Sketch stage: Major changes allowed
• After sketch approval: Minor adjustments only
• Color check provided before final
• 2 minor revisions included free

Revisions

• First 2 minor revisions: Free
• Additional revisions: $5-10 each
• Major changes after sketch: Additional charge

4. Content Guidelines

Will Draw ✅

• Original characters
• Fanart
• Anthro/Furry
• Violent Imagery
• SFW and NSFW (with restrictions)
• Most species

Won't Draw ❌

• Extreme fetishes
• Hate imagery
• Real people without consent
• Underage characters in NSFW

Character Complexity

• Simple designs: Base price
• Complex designs (wings, patterns, armor): +$10-20
• Multiple characters: +50% per additional character

5. Rights & Usage

Artist Rights (Hustlestick)

I retain the right to:
• Post the artwork to my gallery/portfolio
• Use for self-promotion (unless private commission)
• Include in commission examples
• Stream the creation process

Commissioner Rights

• Personal use included (icons, wallpapers, personal printing)
• Credit required when reposting: "Art by Hustlestick"
• No commercial use without agreement
• Character ownership remains with commissioner

Commercial Rights

• Commercial use license: +100% of base price
• Includes: Merchandise, business use, advertising
• Does not include: Resale of artwork itself
• Contact for specific commercial agreements

Private Commissions

• +25% for private commissions (not posted publicly)
• Artist still retains rights for portfolio use

6. Important Notes

Delivery

• Final files delivered via FurAffinity or email
• High resolution PNG/JPG
• Watermarked version for public posting
• Clean version for personal use

Deadlines

• Rush orders (+50% rush fee):
- Under 1 week: +50%
- Under 3 days: +100%
• Holiday periods may have extended timelines

Holds & Cancellations

• Slots can be held for 1 week maximum
• Cancellation by artist: Full refund
• Cancellation by commissioner: See refund policy

7. Final Agreements

By commissioning me, you agree to:
• These terms of service
• Provide clear references and descriptions
• Be respectful and patient
• Not chargeback/dispute payment
• Credit me when sharing the artwork

Blacklist Policy

The following will result in blacklisting:
• Payment chargebacks
• Harassment or rude behavior
• Providing false information
• Using artwork beyond agreed terms

• Commission type desired
• Character reference(s)
• Pose/expression ideas
• Any special requests
• Add the word "pickle" - this confirms you have read the TOS
3. Wait for confirmation and payment details
4. Send payment to secure your slot
