WarrantyThis warranty allows protection of your fursuit or fursuit part for three years.
It covers accidental damage such as fire or flood damage, theft, and general wear and tear.
This means that if your fursuit gets stolen or damaged I will replace or repair it for no extra costs (other than shipping)
Wear and tear covers the following:
Popped seems
Torn material
Chipped paint/part
Worn down material such as the bottom of feet
Production fault
And other such damage.
A full replacement of your fursuit or part can be done only once within the four year warranty, however repair can occur as many times as necessary.
This warranty does not cover deliberate damage, loss, or unnecessary wear and tear caused by poor upkeep. I am not responsible for your lack of care for any of my products.
It is highly recommended that you take out this warranty when making a purchase, as it allows for ultimate peace of mind. When you purchase this warranty a small "warranty slip" will be sent with your commission, which must be presented in order to claim a repair or a replacement.
