I, the Artist (@ephila_art) will own all the rights of the artwork created. The commission is for personal use unless we agreed otherwise with a contract.

Repost is allowed as long as you provide a link (https://linktr.ee/ephila_art) or tag to my social media (@ephila_art on Twitter).

Full payment will be done through deviantart.com in USD or cryptocurrency in BTC before starting the commission.

The tax is always on the customer's side.

I have the right to decline any request with no reason given.

The client must provide a proper reference (heigh, colors, personality…etc), If it is unclear or not provided the artist will take the liberty of deciding how to fit the details or the colors of the character.

If you commission NSFW you confirm that you are 18 years old or older.

The commission is executed within a month maximum, but the deadline can be discussed personally with the customer.

Private commissions +100% to the cost.

Commissioned pieces can’t be modified. For example, removing the signature.

I will upload the possible different versions on my social media, unless otherwise discussed in advance.

I will not modify any old piece (from me or other artist).

No refunds.
