TOS✦ Work starts only after 100% prepayment. If you don't like the sketch
and we can't find a compromise, I will give you your money back.
✦ After payment we start working depending on the task at hand:
most often I can offer several abstract sketches to choose the
the best option for your idea.
✦ IF it happens that you dislike the drawing already in the process of painting and further work, then unfortunately, the funds are not refundable, because the work has already spent time and effort. In such a case I will give you the artwork finishing it where I left off.
✦ Edits to your character design are free of charge, as well as any other requests for work. I want to achieve the perfect outcome for us with you and my job is to draw your idea with quality, but please don't abuse it!
✦ To get a better feel for the work, I'd be happy to listen to the story,
that you want to see in the drawing, but please limit the information
to that which is useful for the artwork.
✦ Based on the previous point, please message me in connection with work. I appreciate my customers, but off-topic messages really wear me out.
✦ My commissions can take a long time to fulfill due to my unstable mental and physical condition, and if you are willing to wait, I can take a commission, but I usually work without a deadline. If an exact deadline is important to you, please let me know it in advance
✦ Feel free to ask about the process, but please limit requests to a reasonable frequency [please don't remind me about the comic more than once a month]. I do my best to keep you informed, but excessive inquiries can interfere with the creative process.
✦ Once you receive work from me, you have the right to to use
it for personal (non-commercial) purposes. Publication of my artwork on the internet can only be published with my watermark and attribution.
✦ Payment via PayPal/Revolut
✦ Payment is accepted in euros (€), dollars ($) at the current exchange rate
✦ If you have violated or abused the rules of working with me, I will be forced to either immediately blacklist you (solely for copyright infringement or inappropriate payment manipulation, cheating, etc.) or I will have to refuse to work with you in the future after the painting is completed.
