Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, for writing or otherwise, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service Agreement

General Rules and Terms:
â’You Must be 18+ to commission anything from me. If given probable reason I will ask for proof of age. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your commission and I will block you.
â’You Must have a clear idea for what you want, for either writing or custom on-base adopt.
â’You Must respect the wait time. If there are complications I will let you know, personally.
â’I have every right to decline or cancel a commission at Any Given Time especially if you are being rude, disrespectful, or rushing me after the fact.
Payment and Prices:
â’I currently Do NOT do Payment Plans.
â’I only do holds for Friends and Trusted Customers. No exceptions.
â’Serious Buyers Only. I Do Not accept cancelled bids unless there's a valid and unexpected reason to do so. Do NOT commission or bid on something you know you cannot afford. If I find that you have already done this to me several times I fully reserve the right to No Longer Do Business With You.
â’Currently, all payments are received via Paypal (momentarily situational), Cash App and Venmo.
â’From my current understanding of both apps, Venmo currently only allows for USD whereas Cash App allows for conversion to USD.
â’I tend to write flat amounts as both $5 and 5$. To me, these are the same amount, that being five dollars. If I am selling something for less than a dollar I will specifically use the cent (ï¿ ) symbol.
â’Payment Must be sent before I start the artwork.
â’Payment Must be made within 24 hours of accepting your commission.
Refund Policies:
â’Due to several unfortunate situations and as there is no way to resell specific writing commissions I Do Not Allow for refunds on writing commissions at this time.
â’For on-base commissions, there are strictly No Refunds if you've been waiting less than a week from when I've confirmed I've started work on your adopt.
â’If you've been waiting longer for a week for an on-base custom adopt you can request a 50% refund, however, you Do Not receive whatever work has been done and I am allowed to sell it after several key changes to the design.
Update Progress:
â’For writing commissions;
- For Flash Fiction and Poetry, you are shown the final product once and can ask for two re-writes of specific sections.
- For Short Stories, you are updated on the progress depending on how long the story (two to four updates) and can ask for up to four rewrites of specific sections.
Copyright and Usage:
â’Proper credit to myself and all other parties involved if there are any Must be given when posting commissioned work on any type of social media.
â’You Do Not Have Commercial Rights to Any non-ghostwritten commissions or Any on-base adopt commissions.
â’You Do have the right to repost any writing commissions or on-base adopt commissions on your own social media or use them as references for other commissions.
â’Unless a ghostwriting commission, I retain all rights to post finished commissions on my social media unless such things are discussed before receiving payment.
Reselling of Commissions:
â’If you own one of my design and decided to sell it, Please let me know first so I can keep a record of who owns what design in case of theft.
â’If you Must resell an adopt that you have Purchased from me, you Cannot sell it for More than you purchased it From Me (the Only exception being if the adopt now has Extra Art).
- You CANNOT sell Any custom character designs that you have gotten from me as a Gift or for Free from one of my Raffles. You Must return the design To Me.
Block and Blacklisting:
â’If you have been blocked by me on Any account, this means you are permanently blacklisted. This counts for here as well as on Twitter or Twitch.
â’If you disrespect me or any part of my ToS, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If you have been caught Stealing, Tracing, Copying, or Flipping adopts from myself or anyone else in a way that is against rules, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If you have been caught not giving proper credit to myself or others, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If you have been found causing disruptions and being disrespectful to Any of my friends and partners, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If you use the opportunity of commissioning me to attempt to approach me in a romantic or sexual manner, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If you feign interest in commissioning me only to attempt to try to get something for free or trade when I am Not currently open to do so, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If I find that you've sold a design that you have received from me for Free or as a Gift, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If I ever catch you making rude, disrespectful, or tasteless works of creativity or art of any of my personal sonas or those of my friends and partners, you will be blocked/blacklisted.
â’If you use other platforms in an attempt to contact me to ask me to un-block you or ask why I have canceled a commission or refuse to work with you, you will remain blocked/blacklisted. |

Small Character BackstoryHave a character but no backstory for them? Give me what bits you have and I'll write up a backstory for your character.
10$ for the initial story that comes with their name, any nicknames, age, etc. Additional 5$ for a small character blurb, 10$ more for one that's a little more in depth. Additions of family tries, entire family histories, discussion of abilities and the like are all an extra 10$. |
