Contest GuidelinesIf you win a contest from me, there are a few things you should know - while no rule is absolute, there are some things I will generally refuse to do.
-Scat
-urination
-Cubs in sexual situations
-full diapers
You'll have to be pretty convincing to get me to do pieces focused on foul odors and non-consensual sex.
If you want me to do something with a character that you don't own...you might get me to do fan art, or something as a surprise gift for a third party (with the understanding that they get the finished piece, not you), but otherwise, be prepared to show me you have some sort of authorization.
Lastly, I am SLOW. Like, "snails are passing me" SLOW. It's one of the biggest barriers to me doing art, frankly. It's the main reason I do contests so rarely. If you need something by a date certain, I'll try, but anything under a week is highly unlikely. |

Madness eye blink icon animationsThese quick icons involve one of your character's eyes, blinking, and then something interesting happens. Maybe the pupil consumes the iris. Maybe the eye turns into a face, or splits open into a mouth. All kinds of messed up things can happen, don'tcha know?! This is mainly intended as a horror sort of idea, but I can support other intentions (iris turns into a heart? sure)

All results will be rendered at 100x100 pixels, suitable to be a profile icon. There is some basic shading, but nothing extensive. most of these last 60-90 frames, (about 2 to 3 seconds) - I can do a more extensive job, but every extra 30 frames increases the cost of the icon, just to be clear. In most cases, I will not do another character, fully drawn, in the eye - that's a bit much, detail wise, among other considerations. Feel free to note me, if you have any questions.
These are generally first come, first served, and I take very few slots at a time. Most icons will be done in under a week, though, again, extensive animations may take longer. Please be aware, I hand (mouse?) draw these, which is part of the reason they are made so slowly. I try to be very open and clear about progress. I will happily make small revisions, including addressing timing issues in the animation, but I will only make 4 sets of these revisions - please be very clear about what needs to be changed, and in what way. |
