Terms of ServiceWhen you order a commission from me, you confirm that you’ve read the terms and conditions first and agreed with them.
I retain the right to terminate the commission in case the client violates this terms.
1. I won’t draw:
-- Feral/bestiality
-- Underage characters
-- Fan-art (can be made exception for original characters based on cartoon species as pokesona and etc.)
-- Scat/watersports/farts, diapers
-- Massive complex mechanisms and too complex background
2. I draw:
-- SFW and NSFW
-- Characters of any sex, age and gender, any sexual orientation and identity
-- BDSM themes
-- Blood/horror scenes
If you aren’t sure if your request is on the allowed list, ask me a question in private messages.
4. Payments and refunds
-- Payment is accepted on Hipolink (via Paypal) in USD.
-- Full prepayment is preferable. Work will not be started until prepayment is received.
-- If the cost is over $200, we can discuss a payment plan. After 50% prepayment I will make a sketch, but the rest of the work will be completed only after full payment is received.
-- Due to the situation in my country, I can't afford to make refunds, sorry.
5. Rights/commercial use
You can make single prints for personal use, upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner, resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. You cannot sell my works anywhere. You do not have permission to post or use any WIP images I send you either.
I reserve the right to use the illustration and the WIP images in any way I decide to use them.
No private commissions.
6. Workflow
After payment I will send you a sketch for approval. Any changes can be applied.
Describe the needed fixes in 1-2 messages, or I'll ask for extra payment. Each extra fix costs 10% of the commission’s cost.
I don't make fixes at the request of the client on the finished pieces. My own mistakes will be fixed at any stage for free.
The maximum deadline is 1,5 month.
If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
