Commission TOS (Please read before commissioning)COMMISSION TOS/RULES PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING ME!
These terms may change in the future. BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO ALL THESE TERMS.
Prices
-Prices are based on various things such as complexity, time, materials used, skill level, etc.
-Please do not complain about prices. I will immediately block you.
-Prices and commission options may change in the future.
-Base prices reflect the price of a single character. Multiple characters, backgrounds, and complex characters will have additional charges
Payment
- You MUST be 18 or older to commission me.
-A slot will not be reserved until a down payment of at least 50% has been paid. No exceptions.
-PAYMENT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 72 HOURS (after approval). If the payment isn't ready by then, your commission will be rejected.
- Weekly payment plans are available for commissions, HOWEVER you will NOT receive the finished commission until it is paid in full. A 50% deposit will be required beforehand. For example, if a commission is $200, you must pay $100 first, then pay the rest weekly until the full amount is reached.
- YOU MUST HAVE A PAYPAL OR VENMO. No cash or checks accepted.
- Do not send your payment until I give you a quote and send an invoice. I have to approve of the commission first. If it is sent before approval it’ll be refunded.
Getting A Commission
- Please have a clear visual reference ready. I no longer accept long, typed character descriptions.
- If you want it drawn in a specific style (toony, realistic, anime, realistic, ect.) please let me know BEFORE I start drawing. Otherwise, I will draw your commission in my default toony style.
- Please describe clearly what you want the character to do in the picture and the setting. Also, if needed, describe the setting, expressions, etc. Just don't get too complicated please. Walls of text overwhelm me.
- If you need your art finished by a deadline, please let me know at least a month or more in advance. I cannot guarantee deadline completion, but I will do my best to meet it. I usually get it done on or before the deadline unless stated otherwise. If there is a delay I will let you know.
- If you want updates about your commission, just ask nicely and I'll be happy to show you the progress!
- I STRONGLY recommend that you have a Telegram, Twitter, or Discord as backup in case FA has an outage. If FA is down and the description/ref links were only in FA notes, it may take longer to finish your art because I won’t have access until the site is back up.
- Please do not rush me. It wont make me go any faster.
- I’m a nice person, but I don’t tolerate being treated badly. Use common sense and don’t be an asshole.
- I have the right to reject a commission for any reason. I usually reject commissions due to extreme, illegal, immoral, or other unethical content.
Commission Fees
- To clarify, Most normal, SFW commissions will not have fees so this section doesn’t apply to them.
- If you want art that is NSFW or fetish related in any way, there with be a 25% fee. For example, if the base price for a commission is $200, there will be a $50 fee if there’s nudity, making the total $250.
- If you’re not entirely sure if your idea falls into this category, just ask.
Editing your commission
-In the WIP stage of your commission, which is usually a sketch, the first edit is free. However the second edit and beyond will cost a minimum $10 charge.
- If you need me to edit your commission in any way after I send you the final drawing, there will be a editing fee per change.
- Editing charges start at $10 but can go up depending on how large and time-consuming the change is. For example, changing the color of a small marking will be about $10 but completely changing the character's color scheme (if they have multiple colors) may end up costing at least half of the commission cost or more.
- If you want to avoid edit charges, please communicate EXACTLY what you want BEFORE I start on a commission. You will save us both time and frustration this way.
- I will do a MAXIMUM of three edits. After that, I will refuse to make any more changes.
Refunds
-Refund amounts will vary based on how much progress I've made. For example, a full refund will be given if I have not started on it yet. However, if the art is about halfway done (ex. A flat color but only has line art) you'll get about 1/2 back.
Saving/Deleting of Commissions
-ART COMMISSION FILES MORE THAN A YEAR OLD MAY BE DELETED DUE TO LIMITED STORAGE SPACE
-I strongly recommend saving your commission files as soon as you get them. If you need a specific file format please ask so I can send it to you. Otherwise you'll only receive the image file originally sent via dms/social media
-By commissioning me, you agree to this risk and are aware that it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to save the files in a timely manner before deletion.
What I Can/Can't Draw
-✅I will draw: animals, furries, humans, Pokemon, portraits/caricatures, scenery. I’m pretty flexible with most subjects!
-⚠️Stuff I’ll SOMETIMES draw (Depends on mood. Ask first!) inflation, fat, soft vore, soft/implied digestion, pregnancy, nudity, anything fetish or nsfw in general
- ❌I will NEVER EVER draw: beastiality/nsfw feral, cub/underage, cock vore, anal vore, NSFW of irl people without their permission, hard/gore digestion, scat, diapers, incest, rape, racism, cultural appropriation, extreme gore. Basically anything non-consensual, offensive, illegal, or immoral
-If you aren’t sure if I’m willing to draw it, just ask.
