Please provide the following when placing an order:

• Privacy Permission( Yes, you may post this commission / No, please keep this commission private)
After receiving the completed checklist, I will send a rough sketch.
The commission will proceed only after sketch approval and full payment are completed.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline requests that I am not comfortable with.
• My art style may naturally evolve over time; minor stylistic differences are normal.
• Clear communication helps ensure the best possible result.
WORKFLOW
• A rough sketch will be provided after receiving the completed Client Checklist.
• The commission will begin only after the sketch is approved and full payment is received.
• Requests for changes should be made during the sketch stage whenever possible.
REVISIONS
• Minor revisions
◦ Small adjustments such as colors, expressions, or minor details
◦ Up to 5 revision requests per commission
• Major revisions
◦ Significant changes such as pose, composition, or character redesign May require an additional 20% fee
• Revisions requested after final approval may be declined or subject to additional charges.
TURNAROUND & DELIVERY
• Estimated turnaround time is 4–30 days, Can Be Longer Depends on complexity, workload, Also Client requested Revisions.
• Delays may occur due to workload or unforeseen circumstances; clients will be informed if this happens.
• Final delivery includes:
◦ High-resolution final image
◦ PSD file of the artwork
All files are delivered digitally.
RIGHTS & USAGE
• After full payment, the commissioned artwork belongs to the client.
• The client may use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes. artist credit is appreciated.
• For commissions featuring copyrighted characters or existing intellectual property, rights remain with their respective owners.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• Refunds are not available once work has started, Please Spend Responsibly.
NSFW CONTENT
• NSFW commissions are 18+ only.
• Content involving minors, illegal, or extreme themes will not be accepted.
• Certain requests may be declined based on personal comfort or complexity.
PRIVACY, CREDIT & POSTING
• All commissions are private by default.
• I will only post or display commissioned artwork with the client’s explicit permission.
• When artwork is posted or used publicly, artist credit is highly appreciated :3 . |
