BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO ALL TERMS:

I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable, but I’m generally pretty open especially for the right price.
-By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
-I have no problem with you reposting my work to other sites, using as a pfp, or altering it as you wish as long as I am properly credited. But commissioners do not receive the commercial rights to produce copies, prints or merchandise. If a commissioner wants commercial rights to reproduce my work they will need to pay a buyout price or negotiate royalties. Please do not try to claim my work as your own.
- Under no circumstances can you mint my art as an NFT, or feed my work to any AI “art” program.
-Work will start after 50% payment and I will send you the sketching phase so that you can decide if you want to proceed with commissioning me, the rest of the work will only start after 100% payment is sent, and there are no refunds.
-Process for a full piece is typically sketching>inking>flats>details>shading with adjustments made throughout. By default, I will not provide WIP pictures (except first sketch for approval), but feel free to request them.
-Design commissions will be workshopped throughout by the commissioner and me. Designs can be changed up until the end of the process, and alternate versions can be provided later for a $10-15 fee depending on complexity.
-Depending on how much other work I have and the complexity of your request, commissions can be expected from as soon as the same day to up to a week and I’ll let you know if anything comes up that might delay progress. Commissions are most likely to be completed Wednesday-Friday as those are my days off.

Design feeCharacter design is my favorite thing to do as an artist, if you have no preexisting reference for your character I would love to help you design them! Pick another commission option and include as much description as possible for what you want, then we will workshop design options until we find something you’re happy with. I would recommend getting a character sheet so we can have something to reference for future commissions.
