Terms of Service• Simple Background counts as a blank room with a door and window, limited props, simple shapes and colors, etc.
• Complex Background counts as cityscapes, more props and details such as furniture, crowds, buildings, etc.
• Prices subject to change.
• The artist ("me" and "I") will determine if I am capable of drawing a commission for the commissioner ("you") after confirming your application form.
• I will not draw any of the following:
◦ explicit subjects as gore, mutilation, bestiality, necrophilia, etc;
◦ fetishes that include gross stuff, such as scat, farts, and watersports;
◦ characters in diapers and/or baby-like characters;
◦ although I can draw them, I prefer not to draw quadrupeds. Anthros and humans are always okay; and
◦ anything meant to cause harm to another.
• If you have any questions regarding whether or not I can draw that, please ask before requesting a commission.
• My characters, such as Buizilla, Mango, and Sylvestre, are available as an additional character, but have certain restrictions.
• Paypal is the preferred method of payment. All prices are in USD (US Dollars).
• Payments are to be sent up front and in full before I begin working on a commission. However, you may chose to hold off payment until it is your turn in the list.
• I reserve the right to post the image in my own gallery or blog. However, I will usually agree to special circumstances (i.e. gift commissions, privacy issue, etc.)
• Each commission will include my personal watermark logo. Please do not remove this watermark. Its placement can be determined by you, but is otherwise determined by me.

How to Get a Commission1) Check for dates and time commission slots will open up. To grab a commission, please fill out a Commission Form. Commissions are available at a first-come, first-served basis.
2) After I receive your application, I will contact you with a Paypal invoice. Commissions will more or less be done in order, so payment can be sent until it becomes your turn and I have agreed to draw your commission.
3) Once I receive and confirm your payment, and it is your turn in the list,I will start with your commission! I usually start with a rough sketch, followed by a cleaned sketch and more updates as needed. Please try to respond to our conversations as quickly as possible if you require changes.
4) Once you have agreed to the final draft of your commission, I’ll send your high quality 2000-pixel version of the commission as requested in the form. A smaller 1000-pixel version will be posted to my gallery or blog. |
