Terms Of ServiceBy ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please follow the rules below in order to avoid being blacklisted.
-All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
-All payments must be made through Paypal via payment of an invoice I send to your chosen e-mail. Please DO NOT leave any comments or notes identifying the type of commission or details of the artwork when paying an invoice.
-All prices and invoices will be in CAD($).
-For all new customers: payment is required in full prior to me starting to work on your commission. Modified payment plans are available for returning or trusted customers only and can be discussed as necessary.
-Visual references are required for all commissions. If you don’t have existing artwork or an image of the character you want drawn, a ‘Custom Character’ fee of +50% will be added to the base cost of the commission and you will have to provide visual references for the type of species, outfit, body type, and any accessories or props. For backgrounds / scenery, images of similar locations or scenery are preferred, but detailed descriptions are also acceptable. I am unable to accept any commissions that cannot provide any visual references.
-Rude, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated at any point during the commission process. Your commission will be cancelled if it occurs with no refunds.
-Once work has begun on your commission, refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete your commission due to exceptional circumstances. In that case, I will contact you to explain the situation and issue the refund myself.
-I reserve the right to refuse any client, subject matter or commission for any reason.
-Upon completion of the artwork, you will receive two digital copies of the artwork via e-mail: one at a lower resolution with a watermark for posting and sharing on the web, and one for your personal use.
-You must be the owner (or be able to provide proof of permission) for any OCs that you wish to use in your commission.
-I reserve all rights to the artwork I create, and it may be used as sample or promotional work to advertise my commissions or be posted to my own galleries on artwork or social media sites. A commission can be private if you wish for no extra charge, but you must explicitly ask for it.
-You may use the artwork I deliver for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing on social media, adding the image to a character gallery, or printing copies to hang on your wall. In all cases, credit must be given and any watermarks or signatures must not be removed or cropped out.
-The artwork may not be used for any purposes involving AI, NFTs, cryptocurrency or block-chain related technology.

WORKFLOW:
Timeframe for completion of a commission can range from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity or number of items ordered.
Communication will be exclusively via the chosen method indicated on your submission, between FurAffinity, Bluesky, Discord or E-Mail.
For all commissions, WIP images will be provided at various stages on the communication platform chosen during submission:
>at the rough sketch stage for all commissions. At this stage, most types of changes are possible, minus complete redraws of the artwork.
>at the lineart / flat color stage for all color commissions. Small or medium changes are possible here, such as moving limbs, adjusting facial expressions, or correcting details of the background, as well as any color corrections
> at final approval, small corrections can be made to the artwork, such as forgotten details or edits to any special effects
>for Character Sheets, an additional WIP will be provided upon design of the character sheet itself for feedback on the layout and colors
After final approval and upon delivery of the commission to your e-mail or preferred platform, the commission is considered finished and no further modifications can be made. |

PricingAll prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
For all commission types except Emotes / Headshots and Character Sheets:
-Additional versions of an artwork are available at an extra cost (minimum +10% of the final cost for small changes, scaling up with the complexity of the changes requested).
-Additional characters can be added (to a maximum of 3) for +60% of the base cost per character.
-See each section for information about adding backgrounds.
-A 30% discount is available for any commissions that involve my own characters. See https://www.furaffinity.net/user/blizzmaster/ for more details and their character galleries.
Complexity: An additional fee of +25% will be added to the base cost at my discretion in the case of complex characters for each of the following:
-multiple sets of limbs,
-taurs,
-wings,
-complex armor or weapons
-intricate patterns

Emotes / Headshots (25$ each | 3 for 65$)An expressive headshot or emote of your character. Features clean lineart, simple cel-shading and highlights, generally from the neckline up but can feature an arm or hand if it’s important for the emote you want. Great for icons, avatars or stickers.

Sketches (36$ halfbody | 60$ fullbody)A great entry point and affordable starting option if you just want to see your character drawn in my style. Features fast, rough, but tidy linework. Sketches come with a basic gradient, pattern or flat color background included, maybe a small prop if the pose requires it.
Sketches can also be upgraded later to either cel-shaded or soft-shaded artwork, so if you really like the sketch and want to see it detailed and polished up, you can commission me again later for an upgrade, and just pay the difference in final cost.
Characters can be added (to a maximum of 3) for +60% for each additional character.
Flat colors can be added to a sketch for +50% of the final cost (dependent on # of characters).
No detailed backgrounds are available for the sketch tier of commissions.

Cel-Shaded Artwork (75$ halfbody | 125$ fullbody)These are full color artworks with more detailed and polished lineart, basic anime-inspired cel-shading and simple highlights or effects.
Characters can be added (to a maximum of 3) for +60% of the base cost per character.
Cel-shaded artwork comes with a basic gradient, pattern or flat color background included.
Detailed backgrounds or scenes can be added to the artwork at a cost of +50% of the base cost.

Soft-Shaded Artwork (150$ halfbody | 250$ fullbody)Full color artwork that features a more complex, semi-realistic method of shading. Backgrounds are included in these as the shading and coloring is often dependent on the background itself.
Characters can be added (to a maximum of 3) for +60% of the base cost per character.

Character Sheets (225$ front / back view, adtl. drawings extra)Character sheets feature flat colored lineart drawings arranged however you’d like on a customizable sheet to showcase all the key info about your character.
The base starting price is 225$ for a simple front / back drawing and the layout of the sheet itself. The character sheet comes with a name, color swatches, background pattern, gradient, border and that can all be customized at no charge. Information / text can be added to the sheet as required.
Additional halfbody drawings are 60$ each, 100$ for fullbody, to a maximum of 4 including the front / back.
Additional headshots, closeups of accessories / body parts are 25$ each, to a maximum of 3.
