Please read this before commissions me

Descriptions:
You send me a description and reference (reference sheet or random pictures of your character), canonic colors( if they have need), photo or art of poses, expressions, background if you want me to draw just that.
You must have at least reference of your character, if not, I will work your commissions with only written descriptions and you will have a pay extra.
You can change your description before I started working on your commission.
After the approved sketch and colors I started working on your commission.
If you want to change the description after that, you have a pay extra.

Payments:
After the discussion, I declare the final price
If you agree, I will invoice you
I start working after 100% prepayment
I take Full Payment upfront
After payment:
I tell you when your commission will be ready, usually It`s within a month. If you have a deadline or special date, tell that when we discuss the commission.
I will send you a sketch and WIP, if you want to.

Rights:
I keep all commercial rights for your commissions. I can print it and sell as posters and other merchandise products, upload in my galleries and portfolios. No worries, I will not resell your picture, will not do recolors.
You have all rights on your picture for non-commercial use You can’t sell this products.
If you want commercial rights for it, ask me and we will talk about price.
You have a right for REFUND if I didn’t started working on your commission yet. Since I started, refund isn’t possible in any way.

I do not draw:
- extreme gore, vore
- coprophilia
- pedophilia
- other excessive fetishes

Background depends on its complexity 0-70$
