TERMS OF SERVICE

BY PURCHASING A COMMISSION YOU HAVE AGREED TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve the right to terminate any commissions that have violated these terms

Will Not Draw:
- sexual/pornographic depictions of underage characters
- Copyrighted Characters / Franchises
- Extreme fetishes (scat, vore, inflation, amputation...)

Payments + Refunds
-I accept Paypal + Venmo
-Payment must be taken up front and within 48 hours of a commission request
-If I am unable to complete a commission for whatever reason, a full refund will be provided.
-Once a commission is completed the payment is non-refundable

WORKFLOW
-Order of commissions will reflect order in slot list
-I will provide a thumbnail sketch for approval by the client. This is the last point at which changes or alterations of any kind can be made.
-When completed, the client will be sent both a high resolution file and a smaller image for web-use.
-Each completed image will include my personal signature; the client agrees to not crop out the signature when posting any version of the commission online.

Rights / Commercial Use:
-Clients may upload the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner.
- I reserve the right to use the final image in any capacity, and if used, credit of your character will be visible on the product / portfolio / website etc, in the description.
