Hello, dear friends and clients!
Here are the infos about Commissions and YCHs!
You should read this before you order. This is a summarized version of the TOS, containing the most important topics and the questions we receive the most!
! We are not native English speakers, so please write clear messages/notes, avoiding slangs.

* FIRST OF ALL: COMMISSIONS =\= YCHs!
Commissions aren't exactly the same as YCHs! Although YCHs can be a commission type. But we personally consider them DIFFERENT THINGS, as commissions are more custom, detailed and take even more time to finish.
-> Payment via Paypal (Stripe may be added soon!)
- Only 100% prepayment / We start the work only after full payment. If the artwork or purchase costs more than 100$, we can do a 50%/50% payment plan.
-> Delivering time is around 1- 7~ weeks! (Depending on complexity of the artwork - check each YCH post to see the exact time for each one)
-> Please, always be respectful and polite on your orders and messages. We are artists working on art for a living, but we are also human beings! We do our best to treat all our clients with kindness, politeness and respect! We expect the same. If you have an issue or question, feel free to ask, but please be respectful! We will answer your questions with pleasure. ^^ Remember we are people just like you, and not art robots.
>> Please, consider and respect the delivering time. Your order WILL be delivered. We have delivered 100% of orders since the beginning of our account, considering as well that our main artist Millle works in commissions for more than 10 years now, and delivered also 100% of all her commissioned works! We worry and take care of our reputation as artists and sellers. In any cases, we will fulfill and deliver your order! If something really unexpected happens, we will inform you and that may cause a small delay, but nothing more. Please, be respectful and let us do our work and you'll be rewarded with a very beautiful piece done with a lot of sweat, hard work and love, as we always put into our works! <3
>> Please check each YCH/adopt/commission official posts to see the aprox. delivering time for each one! But most common time frame is from 1 week to aprox./around 8 weeks! Can be done earlier, as well. Depending on complexity of the piece, details of the design and the amount of orders we are painting at the same time. :)
>> [[ABOUT THE ART PROCESS:]] Remember, we would love to be, but we are not art wizards! x3 We need to plan each artwork, study your references carefully, plan the colors/composition, separate the base file on YCHs, change linearts (and that will also require drawing a sketch as well!), adapt other minor changes, add/fullfill initial colors, work on the shadows, light effects, other marks/dots/accessories/design details from each character, organize and work with a ton of layers, do adjustments, final touches/details, merge everything together in a high resolution file, add some effects, etc!
Ah, it's double or triple (or more) the work if the order gets different versions: NSFW, alternative versions, etc. The art process will be the SAME for each alternative version, repeating again! ;) And we always want to deliver HIGH quality pieces for all our clients, so we can't rush it, otherwise we can make painting miskates and kinda ruin the art :( Rushed art = ugly art. So it demands also a lot of attention and care for each art piece before delivering! <3 Thank you!!
-> We don't send YCHs UPDATES!!! Only Commission updates. (more expensive works!). The YCHs are pre-made lineworks/styles where you guys can have an idea of the final work by the initial YCH preview in the original posts. That's why we don't offer updates.
>> We understand the anxiety of the clients that paid for a nice art and really wants to see how it looks like, if it's beautiful, looking good/accurate with the references, etc! x3 But please, be patient. ♡ We are professional artists for a long time now, and we will make sure your artwork looks nothing less than good and stunning, of course, in our style! We take care of every commission/YCH orders we get, and we always work hard to deliver the best results ever, while still maintaining affordable prices! :) So we put a lot of effort, hard work and attention to each piece! See previous section above, about our process☝️! ♡
>> And of course, even after the artwork delivering, if anything looks really OFF/weird or incorrect based on your character references, (if it was our mistake), we will change it for you and won't charge extra. Don't worry! (P.s: This might take a bit of extra time to fix and re-deliver).
>> Although, we can send updates in case an YCH gets close to 6 weeks within the delivering time, or when something unexpected occurs, or we need to change details, or similar situations like that!
>> If the YCH has a lot of details, high complexity, we can offer ONE update before finishing it, on specific situations.
* Or you can buy a custom commission directly from our artist Millle to receive more updates. She offers more complete and complex artworks, so you should check it out <3
! >> In the time between commission/YCH delivering dates, we can still post personal/other works AND we will also likely post advertisement/REMINDERS from our available YCHs/adopts/etc! Besides working on our current clients (we never stop doing so!) , we also need clients for the next weeks and months, so we can pay next bills, rent, food to eat!
>> Art is our main source of income and advertising is a really important part of the work that needs to be done regularly :(
-> Important!! We don't do refunds.
-(Unless something really unexpected happens in our side, that made it impossible to finish your artwork - in that case we may provide only partial refunds!)
-> No SPAMMING our mailbox, please. This makes it harder to answer other clients and floods our inbox. It's also kinda rude. :(
-> We usually don't send in a lot of messages/notes, only very few ones containing the main infos and answers. We are more objective people, and we prefer to focus our efforts in painting and creating art, instead of sending too many messages. But this is NOT a reason to WORRY, it's just the way we work/our work process from years now. Thanks for understanding. :)
-> The same applies to DISCORD use. We only use it to talk main commission infos with clients, and later on we only log in to send the artwork and log off. We don't use Discord on a daly basis, and don't stay logged in.

-> For ADOPTS: We will separate and prepare all the files for you after payment, including alternative versions, and deliver to you after a few days.
--> ALL FINAL ARTWORKS FROM AMARU are delivered in ABSOLUTE HIGH QUALITY (Near 4K), .png format in .300 DPI!
-> Transparent BGs are possible! Please inform us beforehand.

1. Who is Amaru?
AMARU is the union between two artists, and the name represents actually just a few letters from our real names, mixed together xD Basically it. We decided to create a fursona for this union, which is our beloved neon blue and green wolf! Our propaganda boy x3 from our avatar and banner. :D
We are a creative couple working together in art!
Millle is an artist, in this account focused on linearts and general design and Kyan is an artist focused in painting and colouring! We love our work and we work together side by side (yes, in real life!) to bring you guys good quality and beautiful affordable artworks! This is our shared account!
2. How long are you guys selling artworks?
We've been selling artworks/freelancing in art from more than 10 years now. Millle, our main artist, started a long way ago in DeviantArt, while she was still a teenager. She learned everything by herself and in 2020 we got together to sell and create some amazing art for you guys. We united our art powers xD (and talents). Together, also including her long solo art career, we sold artworks for more than 35 countries. ^~^ But we respond together as our dear Amaru fursona/duosona!
