	Terms of Service and Prices * * IMPORTANT RULES * * [ PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING A NOTE!! ] 1. By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labour only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. 2. PayPal only. You will receive an invoice after we reach an agreement. 3. Each piece will be completed within 3-10 days which is dependent on complexity. 4. I will I require at least one image reference. I will not work from text-only. In addition, all reference material must be presented up front in your initial form submission. 5. Payment will be collected in full, any orders above $100 I may agree on paying me half up front and the other half after the sketch approval phase. 6. You will receive a sketch for approval, at which point you may request changes. Your first round of sketch changes is free; changes made after that may require additional fees. Changes made after your approval of the sketch may require additional fees. Changes that mark a departure from the material originally agreed upon may require additional fees. Errors on my part (ex. I made the skin/fur too dark, I missed an accessory, etc.) will be fixed for free. 7. I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason. I am not required to state my reasoning to rejecting a commission. * * SKETCH COMMISSION TERMS * * 1. Sketch commissions are provided as-is. Only minor changes will be made for free. A new pose constitutes a new sketch commission. 2. You are not permitted to have sketch commissions lined, colored, or in any way completed by other parties without my permission. If this permission is granted, my signature must be kept intact. * * REFUND POLICY * * [ IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU PLEASE READ ] 1. If you wish to cancel, you will be refunded in part based on how much work I have completed at that time. 2. If I decide that I will not be able to finish your work, you will be refunded in full. 3.
